Port Check

Tests TCP reachability of one or more ports on a host. Runs from our server.

Try your own public IP and a port you forwarded in your router.

Why test ports?

To confirm port forwarding works, to check whether you accidentally expose a service (e.g. RDP on 3389), or to validate a server's public services.

How is this different from a local scan?

This tests the host as the internet sees it — through NAT and firewalls — which is the view an attacker would get.
